Our termite treatment uses a DRILL-FILL-SEAL (DFS) technique that creates a chemical barrier that can’t be detected.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION ANTI TERMITE TREATMENT

This contract comes with a 5-year warranty for the entire building or structure from construction level. A termite barrier system shall deter concealed entry to the building by termites

POST-CONSTRUCTION ANTI-TERMITE TREATMENT

Post-construction will have the two types of services

• Annual Maintenance Contract (1year warranty): UNIK offers this contract for a part of the building.
• 5 year warranty contract: UNIK offers this contract for the entire building or structure where all the sides are accessible for the treatment at ground level from outside.
